APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING BRIQUETTE FOR METAL RAW MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for manufacturing briquettes, which can reduce energy for drying a green compact that has been obtained by compression-molding a material for recycling including a metallic powder.

SOLUTION: This production apparatus comprises: a compression molding machine 2 for producing the green compact by compression-molding the material for recycling including the metallic powder; an immersing machine 4 for immersing the green compact into a hardening liquid which contains a solidification adjuvant; and a supplying machine 45 for storing the hardening liquid therein and supplying the hardening liquid to the immersing machine 4. The compression molding machine 2 comprises: a die device 12; a hydraulic compressor 9 for compression-molding the material; and a hydraulic pressure generating device 9a for supplying a hydraulic fluid to the hydraulic compressor 9. The supplying machine 45 is installed in the vicinity of the hydraulic generating device 9a.
