PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure sufficient plane rigidity and to control the warp, without damaging a mold working property and a mass-producing property by a press-heating molding. SOLUTION: A loudspeaker has a laminated sheet 33 comprised of a wooden sheet 29 cut into a plate in a sheet shape from a wood 27 having a grain and of a reinforcing sheet 31 laminated to one surface of the wood sheet 29, and is provided with a combinational diaphragm of a cross-sectional lamination structure laminating a first diaphragm 23 and a second diaphragm 25 made in a cone shape in advance by the laminated sheet 33 in order of the wooden sheet 29, the reinforcing sheet 31, the reinforcing sheet 31 and the wooden sheet 29.
