PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a beat tone is generated by applying a current to a case-mold type capacitor, rotated to the case-mold type capacitor used in a hybrid automobile, etc. SOLUTION: The case-mold type capacitor is constituted by storing a capacitor element 1 connected by a bus bar in a case 4 and then conducting resin molding. The mold resin comprises a first mold resin 5 coating metallicon electrodes 2 formed at both ends of each capacitor element 1 and a second mold resin 6 coating portions other than the metallicon electrodes 2. Further, epoxy resin is used as the second mold resin 6 and the elastic modulus of the first mold resin 5 is so constituted as to be smaller than that of the second mold resin 6. Thereby, even though each capacitor element 1 is extended and shrunk when applied with a current, jogging and a vibration caused by extension and shrinkage are absorbed since the metallicon electrodes 2 are coated with the resin having a small elastic modulus so as to be able to suppress the generation of the beat tone.
