摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescence device capable of improving extraction efficiency of luminescence light; its manufacturing method; and an electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: This organic electroluminescence device 1 provided with an element substrate 20A having a plurality of luminescent elements 21 each having a luminescent layer 12 sandwiched between a pair of electrodes 10 and 11 includes: an electrode protective layer 17 and an organic buffer layer 18 formed on the element substrate 20A and covering the luminescent elements 21; and a gas barrier layer 19 covering the electrode protective layer 17 and the organic buffer layer 18; and is characterized in that, on a surface of the gas barrier layer 19, a plurality of coloring layers 37 corresponding to the luminescent elements 21 are formed, and a black matrix layer 32 delimiting the coloring layers 37 is formed.
