PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield connector capable of protecting a contact part of a shield shell side to carry out contact with a shield part of a shield electric wire from foreign matters, thereby ensuring the contact situation between the shield electric wire and the shield shell. SOLUTION: A caulking ring 14 is attached to a braided wire 13 of the shield electric wire 12. The shield shell 20 connectable to a large diameter part 14b of the caulking ring 14 is incorporated in a connector housing 8. The whole contact part 35 is formed on both upper and lower faces of the shield shell 20 by folding back outward an elastic contact piece 36 elastically contactable with the large diameter part 14b in the vicinity of the rear end edge of the shield shell 20 after once bending formed inward in a V-shape. A drift regulating part 40 is arranged between neighboring contact parts 35 in the width direction and the shield electric wire 12 is protected from a state that the wire interferes with the other contact part 35 at inserting and detaching the shield electric wire 12.
