PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition that can give a flexible and highly strong molded article, and when the molded article having a thin wall part is prepared, shows an excellent tear strength. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition comprises 10-60 pts.wt. specified isotactic polypropylene (1), 1-40 pts.wt. propylene-based copolymer (2) comprised of 45-89 mol% propylene-derived constitutional unit, 1-35 mol% ethylene-derived constitutional unit, and 0-30 mol% 4-20Cα-olefine-derived constitutional unit, (wherein, the sum of the propylene-derived constitutional unit, the ethylene-derived constitutional unit, and the 4-20Cα-olefine-derived constitutional unit is 100 mol%) and 30-70 pts.wt. specified ethylene-based polymer (3), and the sum of the (1), (2), and (3) is 100 pts.wt.
