PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel oil additive composition having excellent lubricating properties, low-temperature stability and rust-preventive properties. SOLUTION: The fuel oil additive composition contains 100 pts.mass of a compound A of formula (1) (wherein, R<SP>1</SP>is a 5-19C hydrocarbon group; and m and n are each 1-5), and 1-100 pts.mass of a compound B of formula (2) (wherein, R<SP>2</SP>and R<SP>3</SP>are each a 5-19C hydrocarbon group; and p is 1-5).
