PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compounding ingredient for a makeup product and a makeup product improving texture. SOLUTION: The invention relates to the compounding ingredient for a makeup product and the makeup containing the ingredients comprising, as active ingredients, an enzymatic hydrolysis or hydrolysis product of a nucleoprotein and/or a DNA or a RNA, or a deoxyoligonucleotide, deoxymononucleotide, oligopeptide, oligonucleotide, mononucleotide separated from the decomposition product, or a mixture of at least two selected from the decomposition product or compound. The active ingredient such as deoxyoligonucleotide, etc., has a comparatively low molecular weight, and is easily absorbed transdermally, and promotes a cell regeneration or cell activation in transdermal absorption of the same. The ingredient exhibits improving effects on the texture, preservation performance of the moisture in the skin and balance improvement of sebum, further prevention of wrinkle in application on the facial epidermis.
