PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a landing sill system for an elevator capable of positively preventing an elevator long object such as a main rope from intruding in between a landing sill and an elevator shaft fixed body during an earthquake. SOLUTION: A long end provided in a landing of an elevator, guiding a moving direction of a lower end of a landing door, and arranged in one side of a landing entrance is provided with the landing sill 4 having a gap 6 opening to the side, with the an adjacent landing fixed body, and a blocking means 7 provided in at least one of the long end of the landing sill 4 or the landing fixed body for blocking at least one part of an opening of the gap 6 opening to the side.
