PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking structure for a transmission simplifying a structure and saving space. SOLUTION: This structure is provided with an output shaft 16 having output of a transmission transmitted to and rotatably supported by a housing via a bearing 60, a bearing fixing member 62 fixing the bearing on the housing, a parking gear 74 provided on the bearing fixing member, a shift device 44 shifting gears in the transmission, and a synchronizing device 98 provided near the parking gear on an output shaft and meshing with the parking gear to disable rotation of the output shaft when a parking position is selected by a shift device.
