PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for production of an aqueous dispersion which enables continuous production of the aqueous dispersion having a desired average particle size, particularly of 1μm or less even when using a large-size extruder and also enables reduction of the amount of non-emulsified materials in the obtained dispersion. SOLUTION: The production device for the aqueous dispersion is provided with the extruder having a screw 12a, 12b in a barrel, and a flow path 13 for streaming a cooling medium is formed inside the screw 12a, 12b.
