PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective manufacturing method for a packaging bag with little waste, in view of the existing method of storing packaging materials (laminate material) per brand and quantity of the packaging material and costing too much space for them and also discarding the packaging materials when the brand is change or a new product is introduced. SOLUTION: The packaging material is produced by separately producing two constituents of a printing layer with an olefinic film and an inside bag layer with a barrier layer and a sealant layer, and gluing them to each other using a heat sealing agent on filling the contents.
