PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that when a liquid room is narrowed by a head consisting of a piezoelectric element joined on an oscillating plate, a flow path plate is raised up to generate mutual interference and delivering efficiency is lowered thereby. SOLUTION: A liquid delivering head comprises a plurality of nozzles 21 for delivering a liquid, a flow path member 1 for forming the liquid room 11 with which respective nozzles 21 are communicated, the oscillating plate 3 for forming an oscillating plate region 31 for forming a wall face of a part of the liquid chamber 11, and a laminating type piezoelectric element 41 for generating a pressure for pressurizing the liquid in the liquid room 11 through the oscillating plate region 31 of the oscillating plate 3. The flow path member 1 is supported by a supporting body 51 independent from the piezoelectric element 41 on the nozzle 21 side in the longitudinal direction of the liquid room, and is supported by a non-active part 45A where the piezoelectric element 41 is not displaced through the oscillating plate 3 on the opposite side to the nozzle side in the longitudinal direction of the liquid room.
