METHOD OF PROVIDING DATA WITHIN APARTMENT AREA

A method for providing AD(ADvertisement) in an apartment complex by using a TV set and a common reception facility is provided to offer needed information to residents, make shop owners perform AD fairly, and enable a service provider to obtain AD profit by digitalizing local information including shop information and providing the local information to a TV set of each home through a common reception facility. A template is generated to set a plurality of AD data to a plurality of sections by each AD type(S2). A plurality of frames displayed to a TV set is generated by classifying and arranging the AD data requested from residents of an apartment complex in the template according to each item(S3). Digital data of the frames is inputted and stored to an Internet database server(S4). An STB(Set-Top Box) installed in a common reception facility of the apartment complex detects the data received from the Internet database server(S5). A user receives the data from the STB when the user selects an exclusive AD reception channel set in the TV set(S7).
