A method of scheduling an address of a flash memory device is provided to minimize interference between memory cells of the flash memory device including a multi level cell. According to a method of scheduling an address for program of a flash memory device including a memory cell array including a multi level cell capable of storing plural bit data, a first column line of a first block included in the memory cell array is selected. A first bit line of the first column line is selected. Lower pages of each word line is sequentially programmed for a number of word lines included in the first bit line. An upper page of each word line is sequentially programmed according to the word line sequence.
