<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate the wet state of a fuel cell with favoble precision by detecting an emission amount of a carbon dioxide since a discharged amount of the carbon dioxide has a correlation with a water amount in the fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: At starting a system, the discharged amount of the carbon dioxide discharged from an oxidizer electrode of the fuel cell is detected, and based on this detected discharged amount, the wet state of the fuel cell is estimated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
