<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing structure which can prevent scattering of a floating substance in a void part formed on one face side of a floating substance generating part without the function of the floating substance generating part being affected, and to provide a recorder and an electronic device both equipped with the housing structure. <P>SOLUTION: In the housing structure, the generating part 190A of the floating substance is built therein, and the void part 193 is formed on one face side of the floating substance generating part. Members 102a and 102c which prevent invasion of the floating substance from the floating substance generating part into the void part are integrally formed to a middle housing 102. The floating substance invasion preventing members obstruct flowing of the floating substance generated in the floating substance generating part into the void part without being directly concerned with the floating substance generating part.
