PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information provision system by which sales promotion information such as coupon information is provided to individual consumers, and in which it is possible to grasp the extent that the sales promotion information has been utilized.

SOLUTION: The information provision system is made up of a product information management device, a memorandum information management device, and a sales promotion information management device. The product information management device receives product specification information transmitted from a user terminal, and transmits product content information that indicates the content of the product to the user terminal. The memorandum information management device associates the memorandum information of the user for the product transmitted from the user terminal with user identification information, registers it in the memorandum information database, and manages it. The sales promotion information management device determines whether or not sales promotion information for the product exists when the product information management device or the memorandum information management device is accessed by the user terminal, and if it exists, transmits the sales promotion information to the user terminal.
