WORKFLOW MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically present relevant information in browsing/editing a document by adding information items even to a document in process consisting of such a document as Wiki relevant to a task.

SOLUTION: This workflow management system dynamically configuring a model in executing a workflow is provided with: a means for independently managing a task page corresponding to a task or a task model configuring the workflow independently of a workflow engine; a means for independently managing the attached document folder of the task page independently of the workflow engine; a means for generating the index information of the task page as well as the attached document of the task configuring the workflow, and for registering them in a database for retrieval; and a means for presenting the relevant information by retrieving the attached document folder and the database in displaying the task page.
