<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize or to heighten accuracy by reducing a circuit noise of a detection circuit. <P>SOLUTION: An electric signal of a vibrator 2 of a sensor element 1 is transferred to a charge amplifier centered at an entire differential amplifier Amp1 only during a period excepting a change timing of a modulation signal to the sensor element 1. An output Out1 from the charge amplifier is detected synchronously by switches S9-S12, to thereby acquire an output Out2 which is an excitation displacement signal. An output Out3 from which a large changing part caused by the excitation displacement signal is removed from the Out1 by switches S3-S8 and an entire differential amplifier Amp2 is acquired. Then, the output Out3 is separated into an angular velocity component and an acceleration component by switches S13-S16, S21-S24. Synchronous detection is performed respectively by S17-S20, S25-S28, to thereby acquire an output Out4 which is an angular velocity displacement signal and an output Out5 which is an acceleration displacement signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
