PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide printed matter with lenses such that a printed image or a printed pattern and design for stereoscopic vision or variable vision is seen, the printed matter with lenses being superior in three-dimensional effect and decorative effect giving unique variations to the image or the pattern and design. SOLUTION: The printed matter 10 with lenses such that the printed image (including the printed pattern and design) for stereoscopic vision or variable vision is seen is formed by laminating a paper base material or film base material on a printed-image surface side of a stereoscopic or variable-vision image sheet 1 having a microlens group 1a arrayed on one surface of a transparent film base material 1b at predetermined spaces through a thermoplastic layer, forming the printed image 1c and also having the printed image 1c formed on the opposite transparent film base material surface so that the lens spaces are equal to printed image spaces. The lens part of the stereoscopic vision or variable-vision image sheet of the printed matter with lenses is made of ultraviolet curing resin, and the stereoscopic vision or variable-vision image sheet layer is made uneven.
