PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide manufacturing apparatus for an adhesive label which, even if forming an adhesive agent coating film by using a peeling/re-sticking adhesive agent containing adhesive fine particles and/or non-adhesive fine particles, can lessen the frequency of the care and cleaning of a coater or printer for forming the adhesive agent coating film. SOLUTION: The adhesive label manufacturing apparatus 10 comprises a coating film forming machine 13 that forms the adhesive agent coating film 112a consisting of the peelable/restickable adhesive agent on at least one surface of the adhesive label base material 111a, and a dryer 14 that irradiates the adhesive agent coating film 112a with high-frequency waves to heat/dry it and permits the adhesive agent layers 112b, 112c being formed.
