An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to secure sufficient charging time, to prevent a vertical crosstalk, and to array signal lines efficiently. An LCD comprises a plurality of pixels(PX), a plurality of gate lines(G1-G2n), and a plurality of data line pairs(D1-D2m). The pixels are arrayed in the form of a matrix. The gate lines deliver gate signals to the pixels. Each of the data line pairs, crossing each of the gate lines, comprises the first data line and the second data line which face each other on the basis of each pixel. Two neighbor gate lines are electrically connected to each other. Each of the pixels comprises a pixel electrode(PE) and a switching element connected to the pixel electrode. The switching elements of pixels neighboring in the direction of the row are connected to different data lines respectively among the first and second data lines. Also the switching elements of pixels neighboring in the direction of the column are connected to different data lines respectively among the first and second data lines. |
