A video conference system using Internet is provided to select one of a plurality of cameras, display the same image to people who participate in a video conference, and reduce costs required to install and operate the system. A video conference system includes a plurality of cameras(10), and terminals(20). The cameras respectively have IP(Internet Protocol) addresses and transmit captured images through Internet. The terminals having each IP address receive the voice of a user through a microphone, and transmit the voice through the Internet. The terminals receive a voice transmitted through Internet, output the received voice. Then the terminals receive an image from at least one of the cameras, and display the received image. |
