摘要 A trenchless tunnel excavation method is provided to shorten a period of construction, to reduce the manpower by forming the upper side of a tunnel using horizontal steel connection plates of large-diameter steel tubes and small-diameter steel tubes, to solve the problems of the existing method of construction such as ground sinkage, to pursue structural safety by reusing small-diameter steel tubes and horizontal steel connection plates, and to use upper traffic signals safely at construction by preventing the sinkage of the upper ground after reinforcing the ground temporarily. A trenchless tunnel excavation method comprises the steps of: excavating earth and sand in the longitudinal direction of a tunnel and press-fitting two or five large-diameter steel tubes fixed with horizontal steel connection plates at regular intervals in the widthwise direction of a tunnel; excavating earth and sand in the longitudinal direction of the tunnel and press-fitting small-diameter small tubes fixed with horizontal steel connection plates between the large-diameter steel tubes and connecting with the large-diameter steel tubes in the horizontal direction; removing the earth and sand remaining between the small-diameter steel tubes and between the horizontal steel connection plates; press-fitting and installing pre-manufactured upper slabs(3) of a tunnel between the horizontal steel connection plates with the earth and sand removed, and collecting the small-diameter steel tubes; press-fitting and installing earth retaining steel tubes on two lower sides of the large-diameter steel tubes; forming a small-sized working tunnel on the lower part of the large-diameter steel tubes and forming a foundation(6); forming a concrete bearing wall(7) for opening the upper part of the working tunnel and coupling with the slab and the foundation of the working tunnel; excavating a tunnel surrounded by the concrete bearing wall and the slab; and placing a slab on the lower part of the excavated tunnel and coupling with the foundation, thereby completing a tunnel.
