<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide meat odor improving agent that can fully reduce the unpleasant odor of the kinds of meats, using small amounts, and to provide a meat odor improving method that uses the meat odor improving agent, and meat products that use the meat odor improving agent. <P>SOLUTION: The meat odor improving agent is produced for reducing the unpleasant odor of meat and comprises sugar-cane originated extracts and at least one kind of supplementarily added component(s) selected from among sunflower seed extract, gamma-aminobutyric acid, theanine, rutin, a rutin derivative, hesperidin and a hesperidin derivative. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
