<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a channel guide system capable of effectively presenting the information useful for a user. <P>SOLUTION: The system is provided with: a map DB which saves map data; a store DB which saves the information relating to the function and business of a store; a customer DB which saves the condition relating to the services of the customer for every customer; an input signal receiving means which receives the channel guide input from a customer terminal; a means specifying the customer position based on information sent from the customer terminal; a map information creation means which extracts the map data of the prescribed range from the customer position by referencing the map DB, extracts the store existing within the prescribed range and having a function providing for the user based on each of the information saved in the customer DB or the store DB and creates the map information capable of specifying the position of the extracted store and the position of the customer; and a map information informing means of transmitting the map information created by the map information creation means to the customer terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
