<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing cage capable of storing a greater number of rolling elements. <P>SOLUTION: The rolling bearing cage 11 has first columnar portions 12 located outside the pitch circles of adjacent rolling elements, second columnar portions 13 located inside the pitch circles of the adjacent rolling elements, and connection portions 14 connecting the first columnar portions 12 and the second columnar portions 13 to each other at positions of deviating from the revolution raceway of the rolling elements. Between the first columnar portion 12 and the second columnar portion 13, through-holes 15 are provided for receiving the rolling elements.
