<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect the abnormal condition of electric power supplied to an actuator while suppressing the complicated construction of a shift range selector mechanism and an increase in the cost. <P>SOLUTION: An SBW-ECU executes a program which includes a step (S104) of detecting voltage during wall abutting control (YES in S100) when there is a change in the time change rate of a counter value (YES in S102), a step (S106) of detecting a temperature, and a step (S110) of carrying out the processing of abnormality when an absolute value for the time change rate of the counter value is a function ΔCNT (V, TH) or greater (NO in S108). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
