<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas cleaning member, a gas cleaning apparatus, a flue gas desulfurization system, and an waste gas treatment method, easily manufacturable at low cost, and enhanced in cleaning efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: A first gas cleaning member 10-1 cleans harmful substances in waste gas 11, comprising multiple support rods 13 provided on inner walls of a cleaning column 12 passing waste gas 11, and disposed in the upper and lower vertical axis direction with given spaces and in the direction orthogonal to the upper and lower vertical axis direction with given spaces; and a fiber sheet 14A continuously stretched over the support rods 13 with a cross section in the vertical axis direction wherein the multiple support rods 13 are disposed in the right and left directions, formed in a wave like shape. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
