<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus by which highly precise and short time diagnosis is realized. <P>SOLUTION: Responding to freezing operation from an operation panel 7, an operation analyzing section 61 transmits a parameter updating instruction to a parameter setting section 63. Responding to characteristics of a waveform extracted at a waveform information extracting section 67 and an adjustment state of a speed range at an automatic adjusting section 69, a judging section 65 transmits a parameter updating instruction to the parameter setting section 63.
