PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device with high reliability that prevents faults caused by inspection using a probe. SOLUTION: The display device 100 comprises a data line driving circuit 101, a scanning-line driving circuit 102, an image signal supply circuit 103 which supplies an image signal to a pixel region 10a enclosed with data lines and scanning lines, and a first external input terminal 104 for inputting signals corresponding to the respective circuits 101, 102, and 103 from outside. Further, the display device has a plurality of second external input terminals 104, different from the first external input terminal 104, which are connected to the respective circuits 101, 102, and 103 and disposed at predetermined positions.
