PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the power consumption of a device side having, for example, a small battery remaining capacity as small as possible and to display an image quickly by efficiently using a cache memory according to power source states and a communication state. SOLUTION: An image reproducing device 100 switches between image data to be deleted from the cache memory 30 and image data to be added to the cache memory 30 according to the power source states of a storage device 101 and the image reproducing device 100 and the state of communication between the storage device 101 and image reproducing device 100.
