TRANSPARENT ELECTROMAGNETIC SHIELDING FILM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent electromagnetic shielding film having all of three functions of: a shielding function of effectively shielding an electromagnetic wave which may not only cause a risk of doing harm to health but also trigger malfunctions of peripheral electronic devices and blurs in displays; in addition, a shielding function capable of effectively shielding near-infrared radiation which may trigger malfunctions etc. of electronic devices and also act as thermal radiation; and an excellent transmission function having high transmittance in a visible light region; the film furthermore having a simple configuration and semi-permanently maintaining a low cost and supply and demand balance. SOLUTION: The transparent electromagnetic shielding film has a zinc oxide film containing n-type impurities formed on a substrate and the zinc oxide film has a 1 to 4μm film thickness and a 0.4 to 3Ω/square surface resistance and also has an electromagnetic shielding performance of minus 30 dB or lower in a frequency range of 300 MHz to 3 GHz.
