PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a bonded article that permits easy bonding of one adherend to another, even if the adherends have different shapes, using a radical polymerization-curable adhesive. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a bonded article comprises bonding one adherend to another with a radical polymerization-curable adhesive, and comprises a step for arranging the surfaces 1a and 2a to be bonded of resin molded articles 1 and 2 as an adherend facing to each other at a predetermined distance, a step for arranging rubbery elastomers 4a and 4b each at a lower periphery of the surfaces 1a and 2a to be bonded facing to each other and closing the gap between the rubbery elastomers 4a and 4b thereby to form a cell 7 for filling an adhesive between the resin molded articles 1 and 2, and a step for injecting and filling an adhesive 30 in the cell 7 for filling an adhesive and polymerization-curing the adhesive 30.
