The device has general controlling units controlling maneuvering of control units (7, 14, 8, 16) to prohibit/allow an intake of inlet air flows (4, 5, 12) inside mixing chambers (1, 2) of a ventilation, heating and air-conditioning installation (11), through air inlets (3, 13, 6, 15). The chambers have air outlets for discharging respective exit air flows towards a zone e.g. rear zone, to be aerated. The control units control quantity of intake air, where a position of the unit (16) having the inlet (15) is subjected to a position of an obturation unit (22) having one of the outlets (21).
