An artificial snow producing apparatus is provided to form a refrigerating case and refrigerant pipes by insert-molding for resolving the complicated work for welding the refrigerant pipes to the refrigerating case individually with anti-freezing solution charging, thereby simplifying the structure and reducing failure rate in the manufacture. An artificial snow producing apparatus includes a refrigerating case(109) made with aluminium by insert-molding in the vertical cylindrical shape with blade parts at upper and lower sides or a tapered cylindrical shape and having an insulating element(107) around an outer peripheral surface thereof and fixed by a cover element(108). A cooling unit(160) is coupled with a sealed plate(110) of the refrigerating case and coupled with refrigerant pipes(104) for cooling an inner peripheral surface of the refrigerating case. A rotation element(116) has a rotation shaft(113) penetrating the sealed plate and formed with an outer diameter part in the polygonal shape at a lower part. A plurality of cutting elements(120) have fixing ends fixed at each surface of the polygonal diameter part in the downward spiral shape and blade parts mounted at ends of arms, which are extended from the fixing ends to a position adjacent to the inner diameter surface of the refrigerating case. A water supply pipe is connected to a water injection groove of the rotation shaft for supplying water. Spray nozzles are coupled with the arms and connected to ends of hoses, which are connected to the water injection groove via nipples, for discharging water to the inner diameter surface of the refrigerating case. A controller controls opening or closing of a valve mounted to the water supply pipe according to temperature detected from a side wall of the refrigerating case. A power transmission unit transmits power of a driving motor(127) to the cutting elements.
