<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact alarm lamp for a crossing bar increased in the amount of power generation by a solar battery. <P>SOLUTION: The alarm lamp 10 itself can be miniaturized by overlapping the plate-like solar battery 2 with a light emitting substrate 3 to provide the light emitting substrate 3 and the solar battery 2 without wasting space in the cross direction, and fitting a light emitting body 1 to the light emitting substrate 3 to house the solar battery 2, the light emitting substrate 3 and the light emitting body 1 in the minimum space inside a body 4.
