PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guide a customer not to separate a non-contact IC card from a reader/writer during communication processing in online settlement processing of electronic money.

SOLUTION: An electronic money settlement control device 1 for performing electronic money settlement processing to and from an electronic money storage device through an electronic money communication device provides information about settlement service information of point grant and discount rate and about communication state information to a user in accordance with a display form on an LED 27. The user does not separate the storage device from the communication device even in online communication by viewing the display on the LED 27 during settlement processing.
