<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a distinct image from a living body showing dynamic behavior, especially, moving in a short cycle. <P>SOLUTION: The microscopic observation device 1 for observing a biological sample S showing the dynamic behavior is equipped with: a first imaging apparatus 8 picking up the image of the biological sample S; a second imaging apparatus 9 picking up the image of the biological sample S at higher speed than the first imaging apparatus 8; and a controller 18 processing the image picked up by the second imaging apparatus 9 and arithmetically calculating a command signal for correcting the deviation of the image picked up by the first imaging apparatus 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
