<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold an elastic flexible part 5 of a resection instrument at a desired degree of curvature and desired flexural rigidity, and to stably resect a region to be resected with a blade edge of the resection instrument. <P>SOLUTION: The elastic flexible part 5 is bent together with a blade plate 2 by attaching the blade plate 2 to the rear side of the elastic flexible part 5 disposed between knobs 3 to bring the knobs 3 close to each other, and a convex surface formed on the blade plate 2 is applied to the region to be resected when the resection instrument is used. A plurality of slits 8, 9 and 10 are juxtaposed on the front surface of the elastic flexible part 5, and a plurality of projections 11 are disposed between the slits 8, 9 and 10. Abutting parts 11a of the projections 11 can closely abut to each other via the slits 8, 9 and 10 between them. The abutting parts 11a function as bending restricting parts to restrict the bending of the elastic flexible part 5 or as flexural rigidity changing parts to change the flexural rigidity of the elastic flexible part 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
