<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the calibration operation of the pointing position of a pointing device easy, and to perform the calibration of a position pointed by a pointing device with respect to the display position of a pointing mark with a simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: This information display system is provided with: a projector 3 for projecting an image on a screen 4 and displaying a projected image; and a pointing device 5 for pointing a place on the screen 4. A pointing mark 6 is displayed at the position pointed by the pointing device 5, and markers Ma, Mb and Mc are displayed at the positions of at least three points P1, P2 and P3 on the screen 4. Then the calibration of the angle of rotation with respect to the display position of the pointing mark 6 is performed on the basis of the angle of rotation in successively moving the respective markers Ma, Mb and Mc as instructed by the pointing device 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
