PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide anti-counterfeit paper in which a security material is formed. SOLUTION: In the anti-counterfeit paper in which a strip-shaped security material is disposed in a state exposed on the surface of base paper, at least part of both ends in the width direction of the security material exposed on the surface of the base paper is covered with part of the base paper, and the exposed width of the security material is narrower than an original width of the security material.
