PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spout which prevents a pilfer-proof band from moving within a band space after its seal is opened without losing a pilfer-proof characteristic. SOLUTION: This is a pilfer-proof spout for use in engagement with a cap includes a pilfer-proof band in which a cylindrical cap body having an opening at its lower part and a ring-like pilfer-proof band having a plurality of flaps inside are connected through a plurality of connectors cut at the time of initial opening of the seal. The spout has a cylindrical band space that is a space for storing the pilfer-proof band. The band space is characterized in that it has a tapered part having either a trapezoid cylindrical or an inverted trapezoid cylindrical shape as seen in its side elevational view.
