PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and clearly perform acquisition and confirmation of line numbers in registration, change or deletion of various information data. SOLUTION: The control panel is started in a general monitoring mode when a power supply switch is on without operation of a registration mode switch, and assigns functions of switch and indicator lamp necessary for maintenance inspection or testing to a plurality of switches and indicator lamps provided on an operation display panel. The control panel is started in a data registration mode when the power supply switch is on while pressing the registration mode setting switch, and assigns functions of switch and indicator lamp necessary for registration, change or deletion of setting information data to the plurality of switches and indicator lamps provided on the operation display part. At that time, a plate 15 displaying handling as a switch and display part for data registration is attached to the operation display part to operate the plurality of switches and indicator lamps provided on the operation display part.
