PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathroom drier/heater and its mounting method capable of reducing the generation of noise with a comparatively simple constitution without forming a hole in a wall for a connecting wire. SOLUTION: This bathroom drier/heater 1 comprises a duct portion 10 inserted into the wall hole 14 formed on an outer wall 13, a main body unit 2 having an auxiliary machine connected with the connecting wire from the outside 33 of the bathroom through the duct portion 10, and a ventilation unit 20 having a ventilation fan 22 capable of discharging the air in the bathroom 32 to the outside 33 of the bathroom through the duct portion 10, and the duct portion 10 is composed of an inner duct 11 defining an inner space 18 for circulating the air discharged by the ventilation fan 22, and an outer duct 12 surrounding the inner duct 11 and defining an outer space 19 with the inner duct 11 to arrange the connection wire.
