PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wrench head which makes a four-way socket chuck in simple constitution, and easily and surely performing insertion of plugs. SOLUTION: An inner socket is a split-type including a long part where a cylinder part and a small-diameter plug part are integrated, and a short part formed of a large-diameter plug part which is fitted in the cylinder end. In the inner socket, a ratchet wrench head of a two-way socket structure is taken as an outer socket, the inside of the outer socket is provided with an inner peripheral groove, two springs are disposed on the outer periphery of the inner socket, and the inner socket is inserted to thereby construct a four-way socket chuck having an automatic position holding mechanism of a socket, the socket part coping with difference in outside diameter in four ways.
