PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool exchanger, reducing manufacturing cost without lowering high speed performance and smoothness of tool exchange. SOLUTION: An annular chain 15 is stretched between a pair of sprockets 13, 14, a specified chain roller 15a which is a part of the chain 15 is provided with rollers 18a, 17b, and the specified chain roller 15a and slider members 19, 21 slid in the vertical direction or in the lateral direction to rotate and vertically move an arm shaft 3 are connected through the rollers 18a, 18b. The arm shaft 3 and the replacing arm 4 are operated according to the movement of the specified chain roller 15a, that is, the rotation of the chain 15, thereby achieving tool exchange.
