UNIT BUILDING AND VIBRATION CONTROL DEVICE FOR UNIT BUILDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit building capable of easily improving aseismatic performance, and an easily installable vibration control device for the unit building. SOLUTION: Four columns 11a-11d being respective columns of units 10a-10d for constituting respective buildings, are adjacently gathered in a central part of the unit building 1. The vibration control devices 20a to 20d composed of a constitution of arranging a vibration control member between a pair of plate-like members, are installed in the drawing direction of the columns 11a-11d in respective clearances between the adjacent columns 11a-11d. The vibration control devices 20a-20d exhibit damping force by being deformed as a damper when deforming a frame for constituting the unit 10a for constituting the building.
