PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease a piping space by improving a heating rate and heating efficiency of a molten salt in a pipe that passes the molten salt therein, which is used for heating a steel wire rod in a line. SOLUTION: The piping 1 for the molten salt has a heater 4 provided in an inner pipe 2 and makes the heater 4 directly heat the molten salt 8. Thereby, the piping 1 can rapidly and efficiently heat the molten salt 8 in the piping 1 for the molten salt. The piping 1 for the molten salt is formed of a double pipe having the inner pipe 2 and an outer pipe 3, and a vacuum heat insulation part 9 is provided in between the inner pipe 2 and the outer pipe 3. Thereby, the molten salt 8 passing through the piping 1 for the molten salt can be kept warm. The vacuum double pipe structure eliminates the need of using a heat insulation material for the piping as before, and can decrease a piping space of the piping 1 than before.
